Homeschool Group Tours

Grades K-6

Bring your homeschool group to the Effie Yeaw Nature Center for a customized, educational tour of our Nature Study Area Preserve and introduction to one of our resident animals representing a native species of the Sacramento region.  After your tour, your group (in smaller groups of 6-8 people) is invited inside the Nature Center for self-guided exploration of the museum exhibit and more native species of Sacramento wildlife.  All ages are welcome on the tour, but the curriculum is designed for school-age children K-6th.
