Young at Heart Programs -- Adults

Awaken the child within as you enjoy a leisurely walk along winding oak woodland trails and come upon grazing deer, pecking woodpeckers, or scurrying lizards. You can choose to visit us at the Effie Yeaw Nature Center or we will come to your facility.

Young at Heart "Walks or Talks" at the Nature Center
Gather your friends and find yourself “young at heart” for the wondrous outdoors. A naturalist will lead you on a customized tour that can include anything from a nature walk to a close-up encounter with a resident animal. Inside presentations also available. We can adjust these programs to fit your group’s interests and needs.

Young at Heart "Talks" at Your Facility
Allow us to come to your facility and bring the wonders of nature to you through a special program catered to your group’s interests. Our naturalist will bring a live raptor (owl, hawk, or falcon) as well as other items of interest for the enjoyment and continued education of your group.
